Terre Tuck

Terre Tuck began playing guitar as a kid and as a teenager he was in his first band, The Cartoons. He wrote his first song Llama Lips at age 14. He continued to refine his skills, studying all of his favorite rock heroes. This was the beginning of many rock  and blues bands he played in over the years.( More than he can currently remember.) Some  memorable band names were Fly Paper and Gus. One manager even wanted them to name one of  the bands the Neon Street Band! Terre is also skilled in the bass guitar and drums and has played in bands and taught on those iinstruments as well. Terre is extremely versatile and has also studied Jazz and Classical. He has even been spotted wearing a cowboy hat in a country band. 

Terre is a gifted composer and has written many songs he enjoys playing in Tucksedo, (his family band) and in churches. He has been teaching since 1990 and has inspired many students who are playing music from their living rooms to the stage. Terre is commited to solid technique, timing, and music theory. He teaches rhythm, and lead- acoustic and electric guitar. He is a life-learner, always seeking out new approaches, innovations, and great instruction. He owns way too many guitars.

Terre is also something of a technology geek and enjoys working with Protools and Cubase for recording. He loves gadgets and plug-ins, and pedals. He also works for Kohl Group  at Hewlett Packard as a Usability Specialist.
