Tuition is due the last
week of the month prior
to the following
month.
Example: March lessons
would be paid for the
last week of February. A
late fee of $10 will be
assessed after the
second week of the
month. Please respect
your instructor's
livelihood by paying
promptly.
Keep
in mind: you are not
paying for the lesson
itself. You are
reserving a spot in the
instructors schedule.
You pay whether you come
or not. It is just like
renting a house, you pay
even when you go out of
town on vacation.
Your instructor will be
expecting you. Please
call your instructor
prior to the lesson if
you will be unable to
attend. Your instructor
will extend this same
courtesy if they must
miss a lesson due to
illness or unforeseen
events. They will either
issue a credit for
missed lessons or
schedule another lesson.
Lessons will not be made
up unless an instructor
has an opening later that
week. This is a rare
occurrence, and the
instructor will offer it
if possible. This is at
their discretion.

Recitals
At least one studio
recital will be offered
a school year.
Additionally, students
will be invited to
perform at community
events, nursing homes,
festivals, and coffee
houses as scheduled. As
recitals can be costly
to put on, tickets will
be sold prior to events
to help cover costs.
Additionally, parents
may be asked to bring
food for the reception.
There is always a great
deal of loading and
unloading instruments
and sound equipment. We
don't always remember to
ask for help, but we
sure appreciate anyone
who willingly
lends a hand! We do
these events for our
students because we want
to give them
opportunities for growth
and excitement in
learning. Thanks for
helping your child
succeed!
